Catania is a lively italian city of about 300.000 inhabitants located on the east cost of Sicily. Catania, with its animated streets, its intense movida, its beautiful beaches and its famous volcano Etna, is a a unique must-see. The pace isn't frenetic, but the atmosphere is intense and filled with life. Destroyed many times by earthquakes and eruptions of its volcano, Catania has many things to offer: a beautiful sea, nice beaches, great climate, one of the best Italian cuisine and an intense nightlife.
